BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — BocaNewsNow.com has obtained the arrest report filed by the officer who charged former FAU QB and current assistant coach Graham Wilbert with DUI early Sunday morning.
The report reveals that Wilbert’s eyes appeared “red and glassy” and and admitted to drinking three beers at O’Brian’s Irish Pub.

This is the unedited police report:
On 7/28/2013 at approximately 0000hrs I was dispatched to 99 SE 1st St to assist BRFD
with an intoxicated female. As I arrived in the area, BRFD stated that the individuals
got in a Toyota truck and left the area. BRFD was able to provide a description of the
vehicle and direction of travel. BRFD stated the individuals all appeared intoxicated.
I located the Toyota Tacoma, bearing an unknown state tag xxxxx northbound at 200 N. Federal Hwy. I was unable to determine which state the license plate was issued in due to the plate being obscured by a license plate border. I conducted a traffic stop on the
vehicle due to the obstructed tag, F.S.S. 320.061.
I approached the driver who produced Missouri driver`s license identifying himself as
Graham Wilbert. There were two female occupants in the vehicle with him. I could smell a strong odor of alcohol coming from the vehicle. Wilbert`s eyes were red and glassy. I asked for his license, registration, and insurance.
He seemed to be having difficulty gathering his documents. After he gathered the documents I was able to identify ther egistration for the vehicle was Missouri. As I was speaking to him he stated that he left O`Brians, an Irish Pub, and that he had three beers this evening.
Based on the smell of alcohol coming from Wilbert, his eyes being red and glassy, and
his difficulty gathering documents I had him step out to dispel my fear he was driving
under the influence. As he was stepping out of his vehicle he lost his balance and
dropped his wallet. He was unaware he dropped his wallet as he exited his vehicle.
The first task was the horizontal gaze nystagmus. He had distinct and sustained
nystagmus at maximum deviation in both eyes. He also had onset of nystagmus prior to 45 degrees in both his left and right eyes. He stated he did not wear any contacts or
glasses. He advised that he had no injuries or surgeries and could walk normally.
The second task was the walk and turn task. He was swaying during the instructions.
While doing the task he missed multiple heel to toe steps. He lost his balance while
walking stepping to the side of the line. He made an improper turn not following the
instructions during the turn.
The third task was the one leg stand. He used his arms to balance during the task
and he put his foot down during the task. He did not restart until being instructed to do
so. He did not count as instructed.
The fourth task was the finger to nose test. During the task he missed his finger to
his nose. The final task was rhomberg alphabet. He stated he has graduated Florida
Atlantic University. He was able to recite the alphabet.
Based on the performance of the tasks, I placed Graham Wilbert under arrest for
driving under the influence, F.S.S. 316.193(1). He was transported to BRPD booking and Ofc Rucco conducted the Intoxilyzer 8000 testing.
He provided the breath samples of VNM, .146, and .146% BrAC. He was processed at BRPD and then transported to PBCJ for final disposition.
He was given the court date of August 26,2013 at 0830hrs at South County Courthouse, 200 W. Atlantic Ave.
His vehicle was towed to Emerald towing. The incident was recorded on marked unit
262. The video was placed into evidence at BRPD.
