License Plate Thefts On Yamato Road In Boca Raton

Florida License Plate

BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — Yamato Road, which is not exactly a hotbed of criminal activity in Boca Raton, is oddly the home to two license plate theft in the past few days. The first one happened at 690 Yamato Road which is in the area of Einstein Bagels. Someone apparently stole Florida plate F400TK right off of a vehicle between 2am and 11:30am on Wednesday.

At 901 West Yamato, which is just a hop, skip, and a jump away, someone stole a license plate and decal earlier in the week. No suspects reported to us at this point.

One other, but not on Yamato. At 498 NE 29th Street, someone stole Florida license plate 513YQN and oddly replaced it with another tag that did not belong on the vehicle. Police tried to contact the owner of the ‘new’ plate but were unsuccessful…so far.
