Lexus Window Smashed, Purse Snatched In Boca Raton

BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — No suspects at this point but police in Boca Raton are investigating a smash and grab in the area of 400 North Ocean Blvd which is Boca’s South Beach Park. Someone apparently smashed the front passenger side window of a Black 2004 Silver Lexus and took a black purse and its contents. The value of the theft is estimated to be around $2200.

In other theft-from-car news: Someone entered an unlocked 2009 black Toyota Venza in the area of 4580 NW 3rd Avenue and took $15 in coins, a brown wallet from a glovebox, and a change purse.

In the 4600 Block of NW 2nd Court, someone entered an unlocked 2006 blue Toyota Matrix but found nothing worth taking.

And at the Boca Raton Golf Pro Shop at 1245 North Ocean Blvd., someone broke into a 1999 Toyota 4 Runner but also apparently took nothing.
