Safes Stolen From Home In Boca Raton

BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — This doesn’t happen every day.  Two safes, permanently mounted inside a home in the 1200 Block of 16th Avenue in Boca, were actually ripped out of the house and stolen. According to investigators, the safes containing personal information, a television, $1,000 in cash, 3 checkbooks, and a laptop were taken in the burglary. The thief (or thieves) broke in by cutting through a screened in patio and climbing in through an unlocked kitchen window. There are no suspects at this point.
