BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — 42-year-old Michael Biscardi was arrested

by Boca Raton Police and charged with DUI, possession of Marijuana, after an officer

watched him drive his dune buggy on blocked off city property. According to police, Biscardi drove his buggy on the city construction site just south of NW 40th Street near Mizner Bark.

Also arrested was Jason Matthew Reynolds, 38. He was arrested for possession of marijuana and paraphernalia.

Both were released on bond.
