White House Advisor To Meet FAU Students

BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com via FAU) — Florida Atlantic University Council of Student Organizations is hosting a White House Roundtable with Obama Administration Official and Rural Utilities Service Administrator Jonathan Adelstein.

He will be spending an hour in a conversation with FAU Student Leadership about his areas of expertise—Rural Development and utilities—but he will also be engaging the students in other issues that are important to them.

The feedback from these sessions is provided back to the White House and directly informs Administration policy.

Over the past two years, senior Administration officials have engaged in these types of events across the country with business and community leaders, gaining critical perspective and starting a dialogue on Administration policies and priorities. The event was by invitation only.
