Junior League Of Boca Preparing For Golf Event

BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — The Junior League of Florida is preparing for its 4th annual Golf Classic — rapidly approaching at the end of the month — April 27th. Read on for details, and to learn how you can take part.

Golfers will enjoy an 18-hole scramble at the beautifully designed golf course, a putting contest, a betting hole, raffles, silent auction and much more. Prior to the tournament, participants will enjoy a buffet lunch and unlimited cocktails and snacks will be available throughout the day on the course. Afterwards, golfers and guest will be treated to an awards reception at Broken Sound’s Club. The reception will include live entertainment, heavy hors d’oeuvres, unlimited cocktails, raffles and a silent auction.

“The proceeds from the Golf Classic will benefit the Junior League of Boca Raton’s many community projects,” said Nancy Dockerty, President of the Junior League of Boca Raton. “We’re very proud of the assistance we’re able to provide many area non-profits and it’s thanks to people in our community coming out and supporting our fundraisers that we can continue our mission of improving the community.”
