Lynn University Announces Commencement Speaker

BOCA RATON, FL ( — Lynn University announced this morning that Peter Diamandis, a “Champion of Space Flight” and best-selling author will be the featured speaker for Lynn’s 47th commencement class on the weekend of May 11th and 12th (actually a Friday and Saturday). Diamandis is the chairman and CEO of the X Prize Foundation.


He is also the author of The New York Times best seller Abundance: The Future Is Better Than You Think and gave a TED talk in 2012 on the same theme as his book. Understanding the importance of incentivizing creative problem solving through competition, Lynn recently launched its own sort of X prize—the Howard Isaacson Innovation Challenge.
