BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — Two brothers — both from Pompano Beach — were arrested by Boca Raton police after fighting at the Cinemark Theater on Airport Road.
According to police, Jose F. Zapata, 26, and Jonathan Zapata, 24, were fighting during a movie. When police arrived, Jose Zapata allegedly tried to stop officers from arresting his brother.
Jonathan Zapata was charged with Trespassing, Simple Assault and Resisting an Officer. Brother JOse was charged with Trespass and Resisting an Officer.
Both were booked into the Palm Beach County Jail and then released later on their own recognizance.
