Police Memorial Service To Close Area Roads Tuesday

BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — The funeral Tuesday for Broward Sheriff Deputy Christopher Schaub will impact traffic for motorists heading South of Boca Raton into Broward County.

The memorial is set for Calvary Chapel at 11 am, however roads will be closed just after 10.

According to BSO, expect  Powerline Road between West Atlantic Blvd. and Cypress Creek Road to be closed until nearly 1pm.

All guests arriving for service must be at the Chapel by 10. It is located at 2401 West Cypress Creek Road.

Deputy Christopher Schaub was killed while on motorcycle patrol, in Pompano Beach,  on September 26th.
