BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — Boca Raton resident John Curry, who resides in a $3-Million estate in Royal Palm Yacht and Country Club, was arrested for the fourth time in less than a year on charges related to domestic violence.
In the latest arrest, Curry is accused of strangling his fiance, who claims he “battered and choked” her during an argument.
Curry was arrested on similar charges on January 18th and February 2nd.
Boca Raton Police say that Curry refused to meet with them, so a warrant was issued for his arrest. He was later found, cuffed and stuffed.
Jail records indicate he was released a short time after being booked on October 8th, then re-arrested upon his release for probation violation on a domestic violence protection injunction. He remains in jail on no bond, according to Palm Beach County records.
