Parkland Holiday Run To Close Roads Sunday

PARKLAND, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — ‘Tis The Season for holiday fun and in Parkland, a holiday run. If you’re planning to be out and about in Parkland on Sunday morning, be aware of the advisory we received by the Broward County Sheriff’s Office:

On Sunday, December 16th, the Parkland Holiday Run will take place from 7 AM -9:30 AM. The run will start on Pine Island Rd. & end at Pine Trails Park.  The run will proceed south on Pine Island to Trails End Blvd., west to Nob Hill Rd., north to County Line Road, east to University Drive, south to Trails End Blvd. and west to the finish line in Pine Trails Park. During this time road closures & detours can be expected.  BSO deputies will be on scene to direct motorists in the area. Please use alternate routes during this time.
