SCARED STRAIGHT: Boca Teen Jailed For Shoplifting

BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — A Boca Raton teenager spent nine hours in the Palm Beach County Jail after allegedly attempting to steal merchandise from Macy's at Boca Town Center Mall.

Boca Raton Police tell us that Adrianne Dias attempted to steal clothes and jewelry from Macy's when loss prevention moved in and nabbed her. The total value of the items she allegedly tried to steal is $343.

The teen was booked into the Palm Beach County Jail on a charge of larceny/grand theft. She was released on bond. Her court date is pending.
