BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — 41-year-old Charles Minutolo is facing a new battery charge after being arrested by Boca Raton Police.
Minutolo, police say, allegedly “threw and pushed his girlfriend around causing a bruise and scratches to her body.”
Minutolo is no stranger to the Palm Beach County Jail. In a case that was ultimately closed, he was charged with “battery by strangulation” last year, as well as another incident of battery. There are more than ten cases against Minutolo filed over the past several years with the Palm Beach County Clerk's Office, including a traffic citation issued earlier this year for driving the wrong way on a one way street. Records suggest that the State Attorney's office declined to prosecute each and every domestic violence case against him, although “no contact” orders were issued.
The resident of Via Floresta Drive is now a resident of the Palm Beach County Jail where he is being held without bond.
