BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — Making out with the wife of a guy who's in the pokey is probably not a good idea if you don't want to get roughed up.
Just ask Jose Resendiz.
The 19-year-old told Boca Raton Police that “after an all night party, his friend Eddy Rivera punched him in the face.”
Why?
Because, police say, “it appeared Resendiz was 'making out' with the wife of Rivera's friend who was in jail.”
We kid you not.
Added the officer on the scene:
“All parties were under the influence of alcohol, no visible injury, and refused prosecution.”
We'll keep our eyes on the health and welfare of Resendiz once the husband of the woman he allegedly hooked up with gets out of the slammer.
