BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — Todd Alan Livingston of Royal Palm Road in Boca remains behind bars for allegedly breaking his girlfriend’s arm.
Police say that Livingston, who is 51, pushed his girlfriend twice which ultimately caused her arm to break. He has been charged with aggravated battery and remains in the Palm Beach County Jail on $25,000 bond.
