Delray Homeowner Shoots Intruders

DELRAY BEACH, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — In a story developing this afternoon, a homeowner in unincorporated Delray Beach shot at several intruders, hitting one.

According to the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office:

after 2: 00 pm, deputies responded to a shooting in the 5000 block of Palm Ridge Blvd, Delray.

What we know so far is a male living in the home was threatened by three male individuals. A black vehicle with three occupants pulled up to the residence for a short time then left. The males all of sudden appeared in the back of the home. The male inside the home felt threatened by the suspects and fired at them striking one in the arm. The males fled in an unknown direction. A short time later all three males appeared at Delray Medical Center. All three males are currently in custody. Charges are pending.

Detectives from the Violent Crimes Division and Crime Scene Investigators are currently en route to the scene and hospital to investigate further.
