BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — A second Boca Raton area man has been arrested and charged by PBSO with several counts of possessing child pornography.
Richard Aaron Lyon, 42, of the 22000 block of SW 66th Avenue in West Boca is in the Palm Beach County Jail, facing ten counts of possessing material depicting child pornography.
He was arrested just hours after PBSO charged James Nebbergall, 58, with possessing and transmitting child pornography.
It is unclear if the cases are connected.
Lyon's bond is set at $50,000.
