Boyfriend Strangles Girlfriend, She Kicks Him In The Groin

BOCA RATON, FL ( — Francisco Baltazar Martin of Glouchester Street in Boca was both kicked in the groin and and arrested during what was a very bad night for the 26-year-old.

Accoridng to Boca Raton Police, Martin was in an argument with a girlfriend about her not answering her telephone while she was working. From the police report:

“Martin became very angry and raised his right fist in an attempt to punch her in the face. She fell back onto her bed to avoid getting punched. At that point Martin straddled her on the bed and put both of his hands around her neck. (The girlfriend) stated she felt like she could not breathe so he kneed him in the testicles.”

Martin then, according to the report, became enraged and punched the bathroom door, causing significant damage. The girlfriend called police who charged Martin with “domestic battery by strangulation.”

He was booked into the Palm Beach County Jail and posted bond several hours later.
