Police Seek Boca Toothpaste, Beer Thief

BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — Boca Raton Police are investigating — although we suspect not too feverishly — a series of thefts at an area Publix and a CVS.

According to a police report, a Publix manager reported that he witnessed a white male steal “two canned Heinekens and a sub sandwhich valued at $14.”

But wait. There's more.

Police viewed surveillance video of the beer and sub theft and determined that the man in question had also commited another crime.

“I viewed the video,” wrote the investigator, “and recognized the unknown subject as the same person who stole toothpaste from CVS the day before.”
