BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — A Boca Raton woman was booked into the Palm Beach County jail early this morning and charged with both DUI and resisting an officer.
Maria Provost of Oxford Place in Boca allegedly refused to “accept, sign citation or post bond” according to the arrest record.
Provost, 49, had a relatively short stay behind bars — entering the jail at 1:18 this morning and being released on her own recognizance just after 5am.
A court date is pending.
