BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — A Boca Raton woman who apparently wasn’t supposed to be driving was charged by Boca PD with DUI and refusing to submit to a blood alcohol test.
Catherine Colavecchio, according to the charges against her, was either driving on a suspended license or was driving with a reinstated license but ordered, as a condition of the reinstatement, to submit to a DUI test upon request. The official charge: “Refuse to submit DUI test after license suspension.”
Colavecchio, of Coach House Circle, was booked into the Palm Beach County Jail around 9am today and was released just after 5pm on her own recognizance.
