BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — The new Chair of the Boca Chamber was welcomed Saturday night at the Chamber’s annual event kicking off the start of South Florida’s busiest economic season.

From Boca Chamber:

On Saturday, October 12, 2013 the Boca Chamber recognized and thanked outgoing Chairman Keith O’Donnell of Avison Young and welcomed incoming Chair Randy Nobles.

This event, hosted by the Boca Chamber every year at the Boca Raton Resort & Club, is a way of celebrating all of the past year successes. Around 250 people attended the Great Soiree.

Among the attendees were Major Susan Whelchel, Deputy Mayor Susan Haynie,

Councilwoman Constance Scott and Councilman Anthony Majhess.
The night was filled with fun surprises, such as the performance of the Fred Astaire’s dancers.
There was also an authentic cigar bar where the owner, a native from the Dominican Republic who had her own translator, was rolling cigars by hand per request of the attendees. This elegant night of dinner, dancing and entertainment is the most important business event of the year, as it allows businesses of all sizes and all industries to come together and celebrate the start of South Florida’s busiest economic season
