BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — Proving he’s all about the holiday spirit, 22-year-old Lunzer Luzincourt allegedly punched a 13-year-old girl repeatedly during an argument, according to Boca Raton Police.

The extent of the girl’s injuries are unclear.

Luzincourt was booked into the Palm Beach County Jail and charged with both simple battery and child abuse. He was released on $3,000 bond.

The jail stint was a homecoming of sorts for Luzincourt. He was charged with seven counts of assaulting and evading emergency workers back in 2010. He spent a month in jail before being released on bond.
