Boca Woman Charged With DUI, Refuses Breath Test

BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — Boca Raton resident Rebecca Lynn Halpern Wasserman, 40, of NW 58th Lane, spent part of Wednesday in the Palm Beach County Jail.

Boca Raton Police cuffed and stuffed the woman after she refused to submit to a breathalyzer test after an accident that allegedly involved property damage.

Taken into custody on Camino Real, the frequent Facebook poster did not need to post bond — she was released on her own recognizance. A court date is pending.
