BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — Boca Raton attorney Stanley Howard Orner is back in the Palm Beach Count jail, just a month after his last visit and his suspension by the Florida Bar.
BocaNewsNow.com reported back in September on Orner's arrest for DUI by Boynton Beach Police. Here's what the police told us at the time:
An officer saw Orner drive on a sidewalk in the area of Hypoluxo Road and North Federal Highway. The officer reports that Orner was “disoriented, had poor balance, slurred speech and droopy eyes. He almost fell several times during sobriety tests.
Following his arrest and adjudication, Orner was re-arrested on December 16th for — public records suggest — violating the terms of his “deal,” and then re-rearrested Friday for the double charge of “probation violation” and “failure to appear.”
Orner, 57, is not being offered bond at this time. You can read about his Bar suspension here.
