BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — Brandon Barta, 31, is a convicted felon and is back behind bars this Friday morning following his arrest by Boca Raton Police.
According to an arrest report, Barta was carrying something like pepper spray — which is considered to be a concealed weapon — and a violation of what you are allowed to do as a convicted felon.
Barta was also charged with violating the terms if his probation. He was originally arrested in 2012 and charged with carrying a concealed firearm.
He remains in the Palm Beach County Jail Friday.
