Farmer's Table Boca To Host Major Health, Networking Event

BOCA RATON, FL ( — The largest health-focused restaurant in the area, Farmer’s Table will host Learn to Live Your Best Boca Life, a special networking and educational event, on Wednesday, Aug. 27, from 5-7 p.m. on the second floor of Wyndham Hotel’s Event Center. As part of Boca Raton Chamber’s Festival Days, the event will include a cocktail hour, networking, and tips and tricks for living a healthy lifestyle from area businesses. Proceeds from the event will benefit the Boca Raton Regional Hospital Christine E. Lynn Women’s Health & Wellness Institute.

Activities will include the latest active wear presented by Bloomingdale’s; Skin Apeel Day Spa sharing effective holistic practices including a seven minute daily face lift, how to boost immunity & elasticity with body brushing, and essential oil therapy demonstrations presented by 21 drops founder, Cary Caster; Jody Jack & Co Salon demonstrating threading and brow design (with take-home brow kits), ponytails and summer braiding, hair extension demos and henna tattoos by Navi; Yoga Journey presenting yoga techniques to relax and stretch, as well as yoga retreat information; Gregory’s Fine Jewelry discussing layering jewelry techniques and jewelry maintenance; Christine E. Lynn Women’s Health & Wellness Institute providing details on the services of their various centers for woman; and Wyndham Hotel Boca Raton sharing catering packages and private party tips.
