New Floresta Burglary Under Investigation

BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — A rare burglary in the New Floresta subdivision of Boca Raton is under investigation.

Boca Raton Police report that they responded to an alarm sounding from a residence in the 2500 block of NW 29th Drive around 3am on the day before Thanksgiving. They found a “smashed” rear slider door where someone apparently gained entrance to the house. The suspect, according to police, rummaged through medicine cabinets and closets but apparently took nothing.

The homeowner was out of town.
