BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — Frank Aceste, 27, of 12233 Kenton Way is out of jail Saturday evening following his arrest by Boca Raton Police for DUI.
Aceste, charged officially with “DUI-Unlawful Blood Alcohol — DUI alcohol or drugs — was booked into the Palm Beach County Jail around 4:30 Saturday morning and released on his own recognizance at noon.
Aceste is no stranger to the criminal justice system in Palm Beach County. His license was suspended for a period of time in 2014 and there several entries for him in the Clerk of Court’s computer system.
