UPDATE: From Fire Rescue at (10:01a) — At 8:58am crews responded to reports of a fire on the 16781 block of Crown Bridge Drive in the Bridges development. First arriving crews reported heavy black smoke and flames from a home. Firefighters quickly started a aggressive fire attack and brought the fire under control.

This fire was in a 7500 square foot model home and there was no spread to any surrounding homes. At this time the fire is out and an investigator has been called to the location to determine the cause.

UPDATE: Listed as nearly 7,000 square feet, 6 beds 6 baths, with a Zillow estimate of more than $2-Million. Palm Beach County Property records are not yet showing the current owner — the Bridges is in the final stages of development.
