BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — The victims of Tuesday’s plane crash in Akron, Ohio, are from Boca Raton company “Pebb Enterprises” which public records show as being based at 7900 Glades Road.
Among those identified by family so far are Diane Smoot, 50, of Boca, according to a Cleveland newspaper. Also identified as among the dead is Jared Weiner whose home is in the Oaks on Este Lago Drive. His linkedin profile lists him as principal of the group. His brother, Ian Weiner (shown), is another principal of PEBB. He too owns a property in the Oaks on Key Vista Way.
Jared currently oversees all of PEBB’s development and growth activities, including ground up construction, re-development projects, box leasing, and all acquisitions activities.
PEBB Enterprises is one of the country’s premiere shopping center investment, development, and management companies. Today PEBB owns, operates and develops a diversified portfolio of commercial properties in excess of two million square feet throughout the Eastern half of the United States.

While unclear what other executives were on board the plane at the time of the crash, records show the following are members of the managemen team:Jared Weiner, Ian Weiner, Bruce Weiner, Gary Shapiro, Ori Rom.
Seven passengers and two crew members died in the crash.
