BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — 76 year old Kris Kristofferson is set to play the Sunset (we can’t make this stuff up) Cove Amphitheater on Saturday, January 30th, along with one hit wonders Shawn Colvin (“Sunny Came Home” — you’d know it if you heard it), Lucinda Williams (The 1988 version of “Passionate Kisses”), and John Hiatt (okay, not a one hitter — he’s got quite a library, including the soulful “Have A Little Faith In Me”).

They’re taking part in “Southern Jam.” Tickets run from $55 to $75 and are available here. The show runs from 3:30p until 11pm.

While we hope it is successful, we recall the 80s Fest two years ago at Sunset Cove, featuring our musical idol, Debbie Gibson (great twitter feed (@debbiegibson). We actually felt sorry for the performers — who were great — but a sizable audience failed to materialize for that heavily promoted event.

Sunset Cove is located in the South County Regional Park — 20405 Amphitheater Circle, Boca Raton, 33428.
