HURRICANE IRMA: ALERT — FAKE FPL WORKERS BURGLARIZING HOMES

BOYNTON BEACH, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — Boynton Beach PD is alerting all of Palm Beach County to a scam underway… there are fake FPL workers claiming they need entrance into your home, only to commit robbery or burglary. An elderly woman reports $13,000 worth of jewelry was stolen from her home.

FPL workers NEVER need access to your house. They should have photo identification.

Police urge you to call them if you are even a little bit suspicious.
