BOYNTON BEACH, FL ( —  Who is he? That’s what PBSO would like to know. This smiling bandit apparently couldn’t be happier that he (allegedly) used a stolen credit card at the Target in West Boynton on 9600 South Military Trail. The incident happened in mid-September. Police are just now releasing the photo. If you know the true name of Guy Smiley, please call CrimeStoppers at 800-458-TIPS. You can remain anonymous and you just might receive a reward.
