ACTIVE SHOOTER: MARJORY STONEMAN DOUGLAS HIGH SCHOOL IN PARKLAND

PARKLAND, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — Broward Sheriff’s Office is on the scene at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland 5901 Pine Island Road — just south of Boca Raton for reports of an active shooter with victims.
BSO has shut down the area.
A huge police presence is at the school.
UPDATE: Shooter is identified as white male with maroon shirt. STILL AT LARGE. Students are being led out of the school with their hands up.
UPDATE: Students “heard gunshots.” Several reportedly injured.
UPDATE: Students are being brought to an area park to reunite with family. Other students still in facility on “lockdown.”
UPDATE: FBI ON SCENE.
UPDATE: From student, “Someone pulled fire alarm. I heard five gunshots. My friends and I ran out of the school to Walmart. I know one guy got shot in the leg. My 9th grade teacher.”
UPDATE: Fire Alarm was apparently pulled BEFORE gunshots.
UPDATE: Police focusing on “Freshman” building at the school.
