DELRAY BEACH, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — Michael Sysyn of Spanish River Road in Delray Beach is facing a DUI charge Sunday following his arrest by Delray Beach Police.
The affidavit of probable cause is still being processed, but jail records show that Sysyn was booked into jail around 9:20 am Sunday and was released on his own recognizance just before 4:30pm.
A court date is pending.
