BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2023 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — A body was found in a car in the parking lot of the popular Doris’ Market in West Boca Raton. The address: 9101 Lakeridge Blvd.
The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office tells BocaNewsNow.com that deputies responded to the scene around 2 p.m. and found the man to be unresponsive in his vehicle. Witnesses were concerned that something appeared to be wrong with the man in the car. They were correct. He was dead.
Police say the cause of death is “natural causes” and that the man’s own doctor would certify the death. The man’s next of kin was notified a short time later. The case, according to detectives, is now “unresponsive.” The man, and the car, were removed from the scene. It was not immediately clear if the man was seen out of his car in the shopping center before his death.
No information regarding the man’s identity, age, or his city of residence was released by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office which cleared the scene within several hours of the first report being made to 9-1-1.
