Boca Police say 30 year old Wcelly Vargas has been arrested and charged with stealing 11 vials of Fetanyl from his boss, Dr. Stephen Rimmer. Vargas allegedly ordered the vials and changed the paperwork to show no loss to the Doctor’s office.
