Brio Announces Summer, Recession-Friendly Menu

BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — If you are looking to eat out while still being able to afford your FPL bill this summer, look no further than the relatively new Brio at Boca Center (Military Trail between Palmetto Park and Glades). The chain (it’s nice, but let’s face it, it’s still a chain) just released it’s special summer $7.95 lunch break menu:

BRIO Tuscan Grille at The Shops at Boca Center in Boca Raton is inviting guests to enjoy “La Dolce Vita” (the good life) and celebrate summer with exceptional dining values. ONLY these three South Florida locations are offering the $7.95 Tuscan Lunch Break menu and $19.95 three-course dinner menu now through Sept. 30, 2012. Prices do not include tax, gratuity or beverages.


For lunch, guests can choose from one of three scrumptious Tuscan dishes on the $7.95 Tuscan Lunch Break menu. Available Monday–Friday until 4 p.m., the special menu includes unique items which rotate daily: BLT Pizza, Parmesan Club Flatbread, Roma Flatbread, Tomato Flatbread, Chicken Chopped Salad, Crispy Shrimp Caesar, Chicken Bruschetta Salad, Chicken Pizzaiola, Pasta Sacchetti, Penne Gorgonzola, Pasta Toscano, Shrimp Scampi, and Crispy Romano Chicken Sandwich.


The perfect way to end a lovely summer day is with BRIO’s $19.95 three-course dinner menu, offered Sunday–Thursday from 4 p.m.–closing. Guests can begin their dining experience with a choice of Chopped or Caesar Salad, or Bistecca Insalata, a wedge of lettuce, Gorgonzola, bacon, Roma tomatoes and creamy Parmesan dressing. Dinner entrée choices (subject to change) are Shrimp Verduta, angel hair tossed with shrimp, garlic, sundriedtomatoes, roasted artichokes, Feta and spinach, topped with pesto bread crumbs; Lasagna Bolognese, oven-baked and layered with authentic Bolognese meat sauce, Alfredo, Ricotta and Mozzarella; Chicken Limone, traditional Piccata-style with white wine, lemon and capers served with roasted vegetables and herb spaghettini; and Artichoke Crusted Pork Chop and Crab & Shrimp Crusted Tilapia, both served with crispy potatoes and seasonal vegetables. And for the perfect conclusion to the meal, guests can choose from one of five Dolchinos, BRIO’s housemade delicious desserts.
