BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — Florida Atlantic University is growing so quickly that it needs additional living space.
On August 6th, the school will break ground on a new 614-bed residence hall at the northeast corner of parking lot 24 on FAU’s Boca Campus.
The dorm will be seven floors and house freshmen and FAU’s first Faculty-in-Residence program.
The new building’s 190-thousand square feet will also feature a fitness center, classroom space, a conference room, study lounges on each floor, laundry centers and retail dining.
