
BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — The bald man who allegedly threatened to blow up the Fifth Third Bank at 120 East Palmetto Park Road on September 11th is now in custody and facing federal charges.
Police say Jerry Moss, 49, was arrested on Wednesday by Broward County Sheriff's deputies who were called — by him — to help with a domestic dispute with his girlfriend.
He was taken into custody by the FBI.
