BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — A man was arrested by Boca Raton Police after allegedly touching the “backside” of a woman in the area of Two North Ocean Drive and then placing his hands on the shoulders of two 16 year old girls.
Jose Gutierrez, 28, was charged with three counts of simple battery and later released from the Boca Raton Police Department on his own recognizance.
