BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — A Boca Raton woman is dead after being hit by an oncoming car early Wednesday evening.
Boca Raton Police say that 44-year-old Rafaela Cano was struck by a 1998 Toyota as she walked across the intersection of West Glades Road at Dixie Highway. Police were called at 7:24pm.

No charges have been filed against the driver, Jonathon J. Brown, also of Boca.
