BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — Quick acting firefighters extinguished a blaze in the Bank of America building on East Palmetto Park Road.
From Boca Raton Fire Rescue:

Boca Raton Fire Rescue responded to a fire alarm just before 1230 PM on Sunday afternoon at the Bank of America commercial office building at 150 E. Palmetto Park Road. Upon arrival, firefighters reported heavy smoke in the lobby and discovered a blaze in one of the offices on the first floor. Additional Fire Rescue crews were dispatched as firefighters quickly extinguished the fire contained in the office. A total of 11 fire units remained on scene for over 4 hours to remove smoke and other toxic vapors from the high rise building. The cause of the fire is still under investigation and the damage loss has not been estimated. There were no injuries reported.
