  1. I can’t believe this news. I graduated with Tim from high school in New Jersey. My thoughts and prayers go out to all of Tim’s friends and family. RIP my friend…

    1. Wow Jim, with that logic, I queston where your brain(s?) is. With that logic, nobody should be on the road at 2am. Especially not the kid driving drunk who killed him. If your thought process is indicative of how the general/local public feels, I weep for you all.
By the way, Jim, “we’re” is a contraction and it means “WE ARE”. You meant to type a simple “were”. An honest mistake? Could be, or you could just be an ignoramus. I’m going with the latter.

    2. Why does it matter why he was riding his bike at that time, last time I looked there was no time constrictions for riding a bike. Where are your brains sir. Respectfully…

  2. @Jim… Does not matter what time it was. The guy was riding his bike legally in the bike lane. Here’s some inside info, the guy in the car was more than slightly impaired. I can’t believe he’s not booked into jail yet.

    1. Maybe because the bike rider was riding home from the bar…. driver’s license was revoked because of past DUI. If both involved were impaired than it’s a wash.

  3. If anyone wants to say there goodbyes to tim there will be a service before his family takes him back home.please contact me for info.561-768-2192

  4. Relevant facts:

    * A consulting firm owned by Andrew Colton is retained by attorneys nationwide as the premiere expert litigation video producer and communications consultant in civil litigation. “Attorneys rely on my expert communication skills to prepare their clients and witnesses for court and other legal proceedings. ”
    * An online new journal owned by Andrew Colton publishes an article about the victims arrest record using a mugshot as their photo and does not even mention the drunk driver.
    * staff receive a hundred complaints (and counting) but refuse to remove the article.
This may help to explain why the BocalNewsNow staff (Andrew Colton) feel Tim’s past is relevant.
