BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — A Boca Raton Dentist remains in the Palm Beach County Jail this morning following his arrest on two counts of Battery.
Charles E. Segler of Azalea Street in Boca was charged with “battery — commit domestic battery by strangulation” and “battery – touch or strike” when he was taken into custody just before noon on Sunday.
We will receive his arrest affidavit later today and update with the specifics of the charges against him.
Bond has not been set in this case.
