BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — Columbus Day 2013 brings with it closings throughout Palm Beach County and the City of Boca Raton.
Government offices in Boca and Palm Beach County are closed today. County and city parks are open. Trash collection in Palm Beach County is running on a normal schedule, however, trash collection in the City of Boca Raton is not. Monday collections will take place tomorrow, Tuesday collections shift to Wednesday.
There is no mail delivery today, although Fedex and UPS operate as usual. Public schools in Palm Beach County are open today.
