Pumpkin seekers wait for a photo with hay -- no joke -- at Bedner's Farm.

BOYNTON BEACH, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — It's Halloween time in South Florida when it's 85 degrees, humid, and the pumpkins arrive at Bedner's Farm in Boynton Beach.

The annual tradition of picking a pumpkin from a realistic pumpkin patch is underway, with crowds flooding into — and onto — Bedner's Farm. Hayrides, great food, and a plethora of pumpkins for “picking” attracted huge crowds today. So many South Floridians flocked to the farm that sheriff's deputies — for the first time in our recent memory — were out to direct traffic on 441 and the side street leading onto the property.

If you go, know that admission is free, treats run between $3 and $10, and pumpkins range from $5 to $20. It is a great place for kids of all ages — including infants.

Bedner's is located on 12033 US 441 in Boynton Beach, roughly five minutes north of Atlantic Avenue in Delray.
