BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — Florida Governor Rick Scott is scheduled to appear at Modern Medicine, a tech company based on the FAU campus Monday afternoon.
The Governor will discuss a new policy initiative around careers in the science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) fields. With this event, the Governor is kicking off a statewide tour of Florida technology companies with advanced specialties.
Expect traffic and a police presence in the area of 3600 FAU Blvd between 1p and 4p.
